If your document is not able to be apostilled or authenticated, you will receive a refund check from us with your returned documents. Your documents will be shipped back to you at no additional charge via FedEx Ground.

If customer incorrectly purchases a service online, the incorrect amount will be immediately refunded to the customer’s card. If customer mails in documents that cannot be apostilled or authenticated, the customer will receive a refund check with the returned documents.

If a customer pays online for their mailed results and fails to mail the results to Authentique for processing, the customer must request a refund within two (2) weeks of placing their order if they choose not to mail their results for processing. This request must be made via email. A refund will not be given after two weeks for the mail in service.
